Super Thick Eggnog
Super Thick Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. vanilla and 2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg yolk, sugar and salt until thick and lemon colored. Add vanilla and blend in whipping cream.
Fold into egg yolk mixture.
Sprinkle cream of tartar over egg whites.
Beat until stiff.
Gently fold egg white mixture into cream mixture.
Chill well.
Just before serving, fold in cold milk.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serves 10 to 12.
