Lay open each hot dog bun.
Put 1 slice of ham and cheese. Pull bun closed and push shredded lettuce on top.
Sprinkle with garlic powder (to taste).
Pour a teaspoon of dressing on top. Stick 2 toothpicks in bun to hold together.
Wrap in plastic wrap. Microwave just until cheese melts.
