Super Good Rolls
Super Good Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. hot tap water, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil and 2 yeast (2 level tsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place water in mixing bowl.
Beat eggs; mix into water with sugar and oil.
Beat with whip.
Add yeast and stir.
Add enough flour to make a sponge and beat really good.
Add salt and enough flour to make it ready to knead (not too hard).
Let raise once. Knead down and let raise again, then make rolls.
Let them get real light before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for about 15 minutes or until done.
