Super Cake
Super Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, lemon cake mix, 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding and 1 large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil crushed pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes; cool.
Bake cake according to directions.
While still hot, spread cooked pineapple on top.
Sprinkle instant pudding on top of pineapple "dry."
Cover cake with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.
