Sunshine Preserves is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped fruit (use stone fruit, not tropical or citrus), enough apple juice to make 4 c., 3 c. sugar and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add apple juice to fruit.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil.
Let set 1/2 hour.
Return to boil for 4 minutes. Pour into shallow trays and set in the sun until thick.
Bring in at sunset.
Put in small canning jars and water bath according to jam directions.
