Sunshine Fizz
Sunshine Fizz is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. orange juice, chilled, 1 c. pineapple juice, chilled, 1 c. orange sherbet, 1/2 c. club soda, chilled and orange sherbet, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
Stir in club soda and pour into soda glasses.
Add a scoop of orange sherbet to each glass and garnish, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Yields 3 servings.
