Sunshine Cake
Sunshine Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, sifted, 1 tbsp. cold water and 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat egg whites to peak. Add pinch of salt.
Put in 1/2 of the cream of tartar.
When half beaten, sift in the sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon water into yolks, then beat until thick.
Fold together whites, yolks and flavoring.
Add flour and remaining cream of tartar. Bake in an ungreased tin, wet with cold water.
Bake 1 hour at 300Β°.
Remove carefully, turning tin upside down to cool.
