Sunshine Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 16 oz. crushed pineapple, 15 oz. mandarin oranges, 16 oz. whip topping and 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Follow cake instructions except where it calls for water. Substitute mandarin orange juice and then add water to equal what the recipe called for.
After cake is mixed well, add oranges and pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan.
When cake is done, let it cool well then pour topping over.
