Sunshine Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 1 box pudding mix (regular size) and cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Make sheet cake using cake box mix directions.
When done, punch holes in cake.
Mix sugar and pineapple and heat together. Pour this mixture over cake.
Next, mix pudding according to directions and spoon this over cake.
Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding and sprinkle coconut to top off.
Refrigerate.
