Sunset Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice and 2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill until thickened, then stir and pour into 6-cup mold or 10 individual molds.
