Sunny Granola
Sunny Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. quick or old fashioned oats (uncooked), 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk, 1/2 c. sunflower nuts, 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts and 1/2 c. wheat germ or unprocessed bran, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients, except raisins; mix well.
Cook in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
Stir in raisins.
Cool and store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
Makes approximately 6 1/4 cups.
