Sunday Roast
Sunday Roast is an easy dinner. Made with boneless roast (your choice of cut), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope onion soup mix and salt, pepper and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Season roast pepper and garlic salt to taste. Line baking with foil, allowing enough extra foil to form pouch around the roast.
Place roast in foil-lined pan. Mix soup and soup mix.
Spread mixture over roast. Seal foil around tightly.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
The soup mixture makes a delicious gravy to serve over rice.
