Sunday Dinner Rolls
Sunday Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. warm water, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Then add eggs and stir in sugar, cooking oil, salt and flour.
Stir until batter is well mixed.
Let set on countertop overnight, then the next morning, roll out dough on floured board about 1/2-inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place rolls in greased pan; cover with a clean cloth and let rise while at church or about 3/4 hour.
Bake in 400Β° oven until golden brown.
This recipe makes about 18 rolls.
