Sunday Chicken
Sunday Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cut-up fryer or chicken breasts laid on rice, 1 1/2 c. minute rice, 1 small onion, 1 stick margarine and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Lay chicken on top of rice.
Blend in blender onion, margarine, soups and milk.
Pour over chicken; sprinkle 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix over top.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Don't peek until the 1 1/2 hours is up. Bake in 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch casserole.
