Sunday Brunch Bake
Sunday Brunch Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 beaten eggs or egg substitute (1 1/4 cups), 1 1/2 c. dari-mate, 1 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. minced garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl combine eggs, Dari-Mate, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes, broccoli, bacon bits, onion and cheese.
Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
If refrigerated (pre-made) bake at 375°.
Yields 8 servings.
