Sundae Chocolate Cups
Sundae Chocolate Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet morsels, 1 tbsp. shortening, 9 foil cupcake liners, ice cream, softened and chocolate syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine over hot (not boiling) water the chocolate morsels and shortening.
Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Coat inside of each cupcake liner with chocolate mixture.
Place cupcake liner in hand.
Rotate gently, using rubber spatula to rush chocolate up sides.
Place in muffin pans.
Chill until firm.
When firm, peel off foil and return shells to muffin pan.
Chill until ready to serve.
Remove shells to serving plate.
Fill with scoop of ice cream.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Garnish with fruit.
