Sundae Brownie Pie
Sundae Brownie Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, melted and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Generously prick bottom and sides of pie crust with fork.
Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven.
In large bowl, beat eggs; stir in sugar and butter.
Stir together flour, cocoa and salt.
Add to butter mixture.
Stir in vanilla, chips and nuts.
Pour into pie crust; return to oven.
Bake additional 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done in center).
Serve warm or cool with ice cream; drizzle with topping. Garnish with Kisses.
