Summertime Salsa
Summertime Salsa is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed, 1 (15 oz.) can mexican-style corn, drained, 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, partially drained, 2 fresh tomatoes, diced and 2 bunches green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a bowl, mix together the black beans, corn and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers. Add freshly diced tomatoes and onion.
Mix, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
