Summer Time Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 3 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from heat and whisk in milk. Return to heat.
Bring to a simmer and cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
Set sauce aside.
