Summer Taco Salad
Summer Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. cream cheese, 1 large jar picante sauce (mild), 1 large pkg. grated cheddar cheese, 1 large head lettuce and 4 to 5 tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend cream cheese and picante sauce with mixer.
Pour into dish.
Add some Cheddar cheese.
Top with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped black olives and last of all, more Cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve as dip for corn chips.
