Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. cooked zucchini or summer squash, 1/4 c. onion, diced, 1 c. cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. carrots, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix crumbs and butter.
Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole. Mix squash, carrots and onion and add to casserole.
Mix sour cream and pour over the vegetables.
Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top of casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
