Made with 3 c. summer squash (yellow and zucchini), 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, 1 c. grated cheese (cheddar, jack or mozzarella) and red wine (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
