Summer Salad
Summer Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can crushed pineapple, 6 oz. pkg. lime jello, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 (8 or 10 oz.) carton cool whip and 2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, heat lime jello and pineapple until starts to boil.
Remove from heat.
Let cool.
Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts.
Put in jello mold until firm in refrigerator.
