Summer Salad
Summer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 lemon, squeezed and 1 to 2 tbsp. red onion, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Whisk together vinegar, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add cucumbers, onions and tomatoes; mix well.
Add basil; stir.
Add Feta and stir.
Feta will break up into smaller pieces when you stir the salad.
