Summer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lime jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. whipping cream and 1 small pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Stir in marshmallows until almost dissolved.
Add cream cheese.
