Summer Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. jar of red cherries, 8 oz. can mandarin oranges, 8 oz. can tropical fruit cocktail, 2 c. cubed apple and 2 c. cubed banana, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
Drain fruit and add to cream cheese mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
If the mixture is too stiff, add 2 tablespoons of fruit juice (your choice). Chill for 1 hour before serving.
