Summer Fruit Pie
Summer Fruit Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crushed graham crackers, 2 tbsp. melted margarine, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. apple jelly and 1 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In bowl, stir together graham crackers, margarine and sugar until well blended.
Press crumbs mixture into an 8-inch pie pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, stir together jelly and water.
Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Arrange fruit over baked crust.
Drizzle jelly mixture over fruit. Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
