Summer Fruit Bowl
Summer Fruit Bowl is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers, 1 tbsp. sherry or orange juice, 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries, 1 c. fresh blueberries and 1 c. seedless grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Line 1 1/2-quart bowl with ladyfingers; split sides in. Sprinkle with sherry or orange juice.
In another large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes and drained pineapple. In separate bowl, combine coconut, sour cream and vanilla.
Fold into fruit.
Spoon into ladyfinger-lined bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
