Summer Chicken
Summer Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken breasts, whole mushrooms (fresh), red and yellow peppers, 1 large sweet onion and 2 tbsp. soy sauce*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all the wet* ingredients with ginger and mix well.
Cut vegetables and put them all in the marinating dish with the chicken and marinade.
Place dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Mix the marinade every once in a while.
Place vegetables and sauce in a tin pan or tin foil.
Place it on the top rack or on the side of grill.
Grill chicken until done.
Serve with white or wheat rice.
