Summer Cake
Summer Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, baked as usual, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Punch holes in top of cake with fingers.
Pour crushed pineapple over cake, juice and all.
Mix vanilla pudding and let set in fridge.
Add coconut to pudding; spread mixture over cake.
Top with layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecan halves.
