Sukiyaki
Sukiyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. beef loin - sliced paper thin, 1 medium onion sliced, 1 medium head of cabbage - shredded, 1 can bean sprouts and 1/2 bottle soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute meat and unions until meat is no longer red.
Add cabbage and 1/2 of soy sauce and about 1/2 cup of water.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add sprouts, remainder of sauce and water, if needed. Simmer until meat and vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice.
