Sukiyaki
Sukiyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 lb. round steak, sliced thin across grain, 2 medium onions, sliced thin, 1 small can mushrooms and 2 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook meat in oil over low heat until tender, but not browned. Add onions, mushrooms, celery, green onions and bamboo shoots. Cover and cook five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add and dissolve bouillon cube in the hot water.
Add and combine remaining ingredients with meat.
Cook for 15 minutes longer. Serve with rice.
