Cook raisins in water until most of water is absorbed; drain. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil.
Mix well.
Add combined dry ingredients and vanilla.
Bake at 350Β° in greased and floured 7 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour or a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
