Sugarless Cake
Sugarless Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. shortening, 3/4 c. corn syrup, 2 eggs, separated, 3/4 c. milk and 24 graham crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream shortening; add syrup and the two egg yolks beaten well together.
Crush graham crackers very fine.
Add baking powder and cinnamon.
Add alternately with milk.
Fold in vanilla and stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in 2 greased layer pans at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
