Sugared Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 lb. (4 c.) pecans, coarsely chopped and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in pecans.
Pour butter into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Spread pecan mixture over butter.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
