Sugared Peanuts
Sugared Peanuts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. water and 4 c. shelled peanuts with skin on, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 300Β°. In medium pot over medium heat, combine water and sugar and dissolve.
Add peanuts and continue cooking.
Stir frequently until peanuts are completely sugar coated and the sugar is crystallized and there is no syrup left.
Pour mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spreading and separating the peanuts as much as possible.
Bake until nuts are golden, about 12 to 15 minutes, stirring at 5 minute intervals.
