Sugared Nuts
Sugared Nuts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shelled nuts, 2 tsp. butter, 1/4 c. butter, 2 egg whites and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Arrange nuts in a shallow pan; add 2 teaspoons butter.
Cook until brown at 325°.
Remove from pan; cool.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in the pan.
Beat egg whites until moist peaks form.
Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon; fold into egg whites.
Stir nuts into mixture.
Spread them out over the melted butter, forming 1 layer. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
