Sugar Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 1 heaping c. flour, 3 1/2 tsp. confectioners sugar and 1/4 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine flour and confectioners sugar. Cut in butter and blend to a pie dough consistency.
Press the dough evenly into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
Prick dough all over bottom with the tines of a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove and let cool.
