Sugar Gems
Sugar Gems is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. salad oil and 1/2 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream sugars, butter and oil until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and blend in well.
Drop cookies on sheet, dip glass in sugar and press on cookie.
(I prefer to roll cookies in sugar and press with glass.)
Bake at 350Β° until lightly brown (very light).
Makes about 40 very large cookies or 100 to 150 small cookies.
