Peel and core apples.
Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
Cut in the margarine until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal.
Apples then in flour mixture and arrange baking pan. Place any leftover flour egg mixture over apples.
Pour orange juice into pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until tender.
Baste twice while baking.
Spoon juice over warm apples and serve with plain or whipped cream. Serves 6.
