Sugar Cream Pie
Sugar Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 2 slightly rounded tbsp. sugar, 1/2 stick butter, dash of salt and 1 pt. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all ingredients, except pie shell, in saucepan.
Cook over medium to high heat, stirring constantly, with wire whisk.
Cook until it thickens, about 1/2 minute.
After boiling, be careful not to let burn.
Pour into baked Pet-Ritz deep dish pie shell. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set.
