Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. butter, 1 c. shortening and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter, shortening and sugars together.
Add eggs and flavoring and beat well.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Blend into creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto pie pan sprinkled with granulated sugar.
Place on greased sheet pan sugar side up.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Yields 6 dozen cookies.
