Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/3 c. softened butter, 1/3 c. oil and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugars, margarine, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls ungreased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Bake until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
