Cream sugars, oil, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Sift remaining ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a spoon. Bake at 350Β° for about 12 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
