Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 1 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream oleo and granulated sugar, add oil and powdered sugar. Add eggs, dry ingredients and vanilla.
Chill well.
Make small balls of dough and roll ball in sugar.
Press down on cookie sheet with glass tumbler dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
