Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix margarine, oil, sugar, powdered sugar and beaten eggs. Add the flour, soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.
Mix and roll into balls.
Roll balls in granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of a cup or glass.
Bake at 350Β° until light brown on edges.
