Mix butter, oil and eggs with mixer.
By hand add dry ingredients, gradually.
Make small balls by hand and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press out with glass or cup that has been dipped in water.
Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350Β° for approximately 10 minutes or until light brown.
