Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix well. Sift dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Divide dough in half and roll out on dough sheet.
Cut with cookie cutter to desired shape and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
