Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine and lard to make 3/4 c. (can use all margarine), 2 eggs, 1 c. buttermilk and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
