Sugar Cookies
Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 large eggs and 1/2 c. cooking oil (crisco), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream margarine and sugars; add rest of ingredients.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 8 hours.
Spoon out and make a ball with dough.
Put on cookie sheet and press down with a glass to make it round.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350Β° until golden brown.
